Construction and Design Services for Thermal Rehabilitation and Facade Restoration

This contract involves the provision of design and execution services for the investment project: "Thermal Rehabilitation and Facade Restoration at the headquarters of the D.G.R.F.P. Ploiești." Suppliers can request clarifications up to 15 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification or additional information within 10 days before the submission deadline. Please note that the contract award procedure is subject to a suspensive clause, meaning that the signing of the contract is contingent upon the allocation of necessary budget credits. The contracting authority will only finalize the contract with the winning bidder if the required funds are secured. If the budget credits are not allocated within 6 months from the approval of the procedure report, the award procedure will be automatically canceled unless alternative funding is available. Suppliers understand that the contracting authority is not liable for any damages resulting from the cancellation of the award procedure. The maximum duration for the suspensive clause is 6 months, after which the award procedure will be canceled if the funding contract is not signed.
