The buyer does not conduct proceedings for a framework agreement. The SWZ signed by the buyer's manager is available in paper form at the buyer's headquarters. The buyer reserves the right to cancel the procedure if the funds intended for the order are not granted. The buyer does not restrict the possibility of applying for the order only to contractors mentioned in Article 94 of the PZP. The buyer does not specify additional employment requirements as per Article 96, paragraph 2, point 2 of the PZP. Joint offers from two or more entities are allowed under the conditions described in Article 58 of the PZP. The operating system installed on the computers or servers must be fully compatible with the offered equipment, brand new, unused, and not previously activated on other devices, and must come from a legal source. The license must be intended for use in the Polish market, be unlimited in time, and allow for upgrades and multiple reinstallation from provided media or partitions without manual entry of the license key.
