    Brief

    The Centralized Logistics and Procurement Unit of the Romanian Penitentiary Police is seeking suppliers for a framework agreement to provide natural gas, including related services. This contract is divided into two consumption categories: Category C (Lot 1) and Category B (Lot 2), for a duration of 12 months with a single economic operator. Subsequent contracts will be executed by the beneficiary penitentiary units within the National Administration of Penitentiaries system, as detailed in the attached specifications. These contracts may be signed simultaneously with the economic operator who signs the framework agreement, depending on needs. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information from interested economic operators by the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers, ensuring that operators have at least 10 days to prepare their offers in accordance with the additional requirements introduced through the clarification responses. Clarifications can be requested up to 20 days before the offer submission deadline.
