Brief
This contract involves the rental of social (sanitary) containers and associated services to meet the hygiene needs of the Training Center in Lešť and to support the long-term needs of training and foreign military personnel in the Lešť Military Area, accommodating approximately 2,000 personnel. The specific quantities and internal equipment of the containers (toilets, showers, sinks, urinals, and temporary storage space for personal items during showering) will be detailed in the specific call for proposals. Services for the rented containers, which will be primarily set up in field conditions without connection to engineering networks, will also be specified in the call for proposals. Key requirements include: - Establishing a functional sanitary complex with 24-hour operation, - Safe connection to the electrical network from a generator provided by the contractor, including a report on the mobile devices, - Regular supply of clean water and removal of wastewater (the contractor will provide necessary water tanks) and measures to prevent water freezing to ensure functionality during winter, - Provision of hot utility water and heating for the containers, - Service, operation, and maintenance of the entire sanitary complex, - Daily replenishment of hygiene and disinfectant supplies, cleaning and disinfection of modules, and cleaning services. Additional requirements related to the contract may include: - Installation and connection of social containers to a backup power source (generator) and provision of clean water and wastewater removal, - Installation of containers in field conditions at various locations in the Lešť Military Area, - Shower containers must have space for temporary storage of personal items during showering, - Containers must be heated and provide sufficient hot utility water, - If connection to the sewage system is not possible, containers must be supplemented with wastewater tanks with a daily required volume of approximately 20 m3, - Similarly, clean water tanks with a required volume of approximately 20 m3 must be provided, - Connection to electricity will be from a mobile generator with sufficient capacity (approximately 100 kW - to be specified in the proposals based on the configuration of the containers), minimum 200 kW, with a TN-S output of 3x400 V, 63 A, connection to electricity (including distribution boards and interconnection of containers), and the contractor must ensure professional inspection and testing of mobile devices (electrical installation inspections), - The contractor must provide water supply lines to connect the social containers, - Daily replenishment of hygiene supplies, cleaning and disinfection of modules, equipment servicing, cleaning services, and ensuring their operation and maintenance, - In winter, technical measures must be taken to prevent water in the containers and water supply lines from freezing, - The contractor must ensure the removal of wastewater from the additional tanks of the containers with an expected daily volume of approximately 20 m3 at agreed times, - Wastewater must be transported to the public wastewater treatment plant (the nearest is in Veľký Krtíš, approximately 30 km one way), - Billing for the rental of social containers and related services will be carried out by the contracting authority after the exercise based on submitted delivery notes and protocols from the wastewater treatment plant regarding the actual removal of wastewater and delivery of clean water, - Delivery of the subject of the contract must be made by the specific deadline according to the call for proposals.
