Multi-Supplier Legal Services Framework for Greater Manchester Regeneration

Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) is establishing a multi-supplier legal services framework to provide specialist legal advice and support for regeneration, infrastructure, place-making, housing, transport, economic development and major projects across GMCA Group organisations and participating Greater Manchester public sector authorities. The framework will cover a range of legal disciplines including commercial, property, planning, construction, development, procurement, subsidy control, governance, compulsory purchase, highways and dispute resolution. It is designed to support both high-value strategic regeneration programmes and associated legal workstreams.
