Green Space Maintenance and Development Services in Oradea

The Municipality of Oradea is seeking suppliers for the maintenance and development of green spaces, divided into three lots: Lot 1 – Maintenance and development of Onisifor Ghibu Park, Lot 2 – Maintenance and development of the park in the Ghioceilor Market area, and Lot 3 – Maintenance of Magnoliei Square. The contract will be established for a period of three years (2024-2027). The main objective is to efficiently use public funds and resources to create urban public spaces that enhance the quality of life and provide socio-economic benefits to the local community. Specific goals include protecting and conserving green spaces and biodiversity, improving the quality of green areas, identifying deficient zones for targeted regeneration services, and ensuring a cost-benefit balance that considers long-term health and social impacts. Interested suppliers can request clarifications or additional information up to 20 days before the bid submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond to all requests on the 11th day before the submission deadline.
