Germany – Sanitary Facilities – Wastewater, Water and Gas Systems (SH-114VM516 / Eck, MSTP, New Chamber Building SeeBtl)

This contract involves the construction of a new chamber building. The building is designed as a standalone, single-story structure without a basement. It will have a height of less than 7 meters and more than two usage units totaling over 400 square meters, classifying it as Building Class 3 according to LBO-SH §2 (4). Due to its use as a chamber building with a footprint of approximately 2,050 square meters, it is considered an unregulated special building under §51 (2), No.3 LBO-SH. The specifications include the installation of approximately 100 meters of underground piping, including earthworks. Additionally, around 200 meters of wastewater piping, including necessary bends and branches, will be installed within the building. The drinking water network will consist of approximately 500 meters of stainless steel piping, including associated fittings and valves. Furthermore, around 20 sanitary fixtures will need to be supplied and installed.
