Meter Replacement Services in Poland

This contract involves the replacement of single-phase and three-phase electricity meters for end users connected to the low voltage network. The work is divided into eight parts, each corresponding to a different region: 1) Replacement in Piotrków Trybunalski, 2) Replacement in Żyrardów, 3) Replacement in Sieradz, 4) Replacement in Łowicz, 5) Replacement in Bełchatów, 6) Replacement in Tomaszów Mazowiecki, 7) Replacement in Łódź, and 8) Replacement in Zgierz-Pabianice. Detailed specifications can be found in Attachment 1 of the procurement documents. The buyer reserves the right to cancel the procurement process if the public funds intended for the contract are not allocated. According to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the possibility of cancellation on this basis is mentioned in the contract notice.
