    Brief

    This contract involves the supply, installation, and commissioning of a brand new X-ray scanner for hand luggage inspection using computed tomography (CT) technology. The scanner must be manufactured no earlier than 2025 and include additional equipment as specified in section 11 of the contract description (attached as Annex 1 to the procurement documents). The supplier is also required to conduct tests and measurements as outlined in section 23 of the contract description and provide training as mentioned in section 21. The delivery location is the Customs Office at Kraków Airport, Medweckiego 1, 32-083 Balice. All activities related to the contract (supply, installation, commissioning, testing, and training) must be completed within 2 months from the contract signing date, but no later than November 30, 2025. Detailed implementation and scope of the contract can be found in Annex 1 to the procurement documents and in Annex 7 - Draft Contract Provisions.
