Surgical Supplies Contract for 24 Months

This contract involves the ongoing supply of surgical dressings and related items for a period of 24 months. The supplier will be responsible for delivering various surgical kits and materials, including but not limited to: 1. Kits for laryngological and cardiac surgeries. 2. Sterilization supplies such as tapes, indicators, and labels. 3. Non-foiled cellulose rolls. 4. Sterile newborn surgical kits. 5. Gynecological procedure kits. 6. Kits for percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL). 7. Universal surgical drapes. 8. Kits for transurethral surgeries (TUR). 9. Postpartum suturing kits. 10. Pediatric surgical drapes. 11. Eye surgery kits. 12. Sterile compresses with X-ray thread and adhesive dressings. 13. Cesarean section kits. 14. Delivery kits. 15. Various procedure kits for electrotherapy and electrophysiology. 16. Accessories for optiflow therapy. 17. Surgical drapes for limb surgeries and craniotomies. 18. Kits for knee arthroscopy and abdominal-perineal surgeries. 19. Surgical gowns and other necessary supplies. The supplier may submit bids for one or more parts of the contract. Each task will be evaluated separately. All products must comply with Polish medical regulations and quality standards. The minimum value of deliveries during the contract period will be 70% of the maximum remuneration specified in the pricing form. The contracting authority reserves the right to apply specific procedures for evaluating bids.
