Construction and Engineering Services for Energy Efficiency in Residential Buildings

This contract involves engineering services (design, construction, and author supervision) for implementing energy efficiency measures in multi-family residential buildings located in Veliko Tarnovo, specifically at the following addresses: 4 Krakow Street, 3 Alen Mak Street, entrance A and B, 6 Krakow Street, and 5 Alen Mak Street. The scope of work includes: 1) Preparing investment projects: Developing investment projects for each of the two buildings in the 'technical project' phase, including necessary details for construction execution, in accordance with Regulation No. 4 of May 21, 2001, and other applicable legislation, as well as the requirements outlined in the technical specifications for developing the investment projects. This also includes activities that are conditions, consequences, or additions to the project, in compliance with the legal framework, including coordination with utility companies and other authorities, and approval according to the Spatial Development Act (ZUT). 2) Performing construction and installation works (CIM) for implementing energy efficiency measures in the multi-family residential buildings: Executing the planned CIM for implementing energy efficiency measures according to the investment projects developed by the contractor, which have been coordinated and approved as per the relevant procedures, in the described types and quantities, as well as all activities outlined in the technical specifications, the proposal for executing the contract, and the price proposal. 3) Exercising author supervision during construction until the buildings are put into operation: The contractor will exercise author supervision during construction through the respective designers – individuals authorized to perform author supervision for the relevant parts of the project, according to the Spatial Development Act (ZUT) and its subordinate normative acts.
