Meat Products Supply Framework Agreement

This contract involves a framework agreement for the supply of various meat products over a period of 12 months. The contract is divided into five lots: Lot 1 includes chicken and poultry organs; Lot 2 covers frozen pork and meat paste; Lot 3 is for canned meat and pâté; Lot 4 is for chicken eggs; and Lot 5 is for fresh (refrigerated) pork. The contracting authority has chosen a special awarding method due to the regular and repetitive nature of the products required. There may be fluctuations in the number of beneficiaries of social services, which could lead to increases or decreases in the quantities needed. Therefore, the authority reserves the right to adjust the quantities based on needs and available financial resources. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers, and the authority will respond to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the submission deadline.
