Supply of Bread and Bakery Products in Romania

This contract involves a framework agreement with a single economic operator for a duration of 24 months, focusing on the supply of bread and bakery products. The special awarding method of a framework agreement has been chosen due to the regularity and repeatability of the products involved in this public procurement procedure. Additionally, fluctuations in the number of beneficiaries of social services may occur, leading to increases or decreases in demand based on the restructuring of social services. Therefore, the contracting authority reserves the right to adjust the quantities specified in the framework agreement according to needs and available financial resources. Suppliers have 18 days to request clarifications before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the submission deadline. All clarification requests must be submitted through the SEAP platform (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub).
