Construction Project for Educational Building at Wrocław University of Technology

This contract involves a design and build project for the first phase of an educational building at the Wrocław University of Technology, intended for the Center for Trusted Information and Telecommunications Systems. The project includes the construction of the building, technical infrastructure, and site development at Na Grobli Street in Wrocław. The work will be carried out in four stages: 1) Development of the building design; 2) Preparation of execution designs; 3) Construction work; 4) Author supervision during construction. The project consists of four distinct parts, including the construction of the CZSIT building, site development, demolition work, and renovation of the stormwater drainage system. The completion timeline for the project is as follows: Stage I - 6 months from contract signing; Stage II - 9 months from the approval of the final concept; Stage III - 21 months from contract signing, with construction completion by 19 months; Stage IV - ongoing supervision during Stage III. Suppliers must submit their offers by July 15, 2025, and adhere to the requirements outlined in the contract documents.
