Road Assistance Services in Greece

This contract is for the provision of towing services for immobilized buses of O.SY. A.E. (due to breakdowns, fires, accidents, etc.) to their facilities. The contract duration is two (2) years, with an option for a unilateral extension for one (1) additional year or until the budget is exhausted, under the same terms and prices. The estimated annual budget is €210,000 (excluding VAT), totaling €630,000 for three years (including a potential extension) plus VAT. Suppliers must submit offers for the entire range of services, and prices will remain fixed throughout the contract duration. Alternative offers are not allowed. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price, and in case of equal offers, a draw will determine the temporary contractor. If only one valid offer is received, negotiations may occur to improve the financial offer.
