Procurement of Document Management Systems – Timestamping System

The National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV) is required by law to maintain electronic communication with specified parties. During these procedures, electronic signatures and timestamps are used by the parties involved. The NAV stores these signed documents for the duration specified by law. The successful bidder will be responsible for implementing a timestamping system (FHR) within the client's infrastructure to ensure the long-term authenticity of these documents.
