Database Services for Electronic Legal Repository

This procurement aims to acquire and install an electronic legal material registry system along with related services for a duration of 24 months. The system will provide access to legal materials on workstations connected to the internal IT network of the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV), in accordance with the requirements of procurement documents. The procurement includes the national legal system's legal materials, related legal documents, and European Union legal materials (referred to as the electronic legal material collection). It will serve workstations that connect to central servers with low bandwidth, ensuring access for up to 18,000 internal users (potential users) and a minimum of 5,000 concurrent users at any given time. The service provider must continuously update the electronic legal material collection, ensuring that laws published in the Hungarian Gazette are processed online no later than the next working day after publication, and at most by the fourth day following publication. The electronic legal material collection will also feature searchability by title and content, along with a time machine function as detailed in the technical description and contract draft included in the procurement documents.
