Software License Agreement for Public Sector Collaboration

The Gemeenschappelijke Regeling Samenwerking de Bevelanden (GR de Bevelanden), referred to as the contracting authority, intends to procure software licenses, including a web portal and related services. This document aims to provide parties with the opportunity to compete effectively for the contract award. The municipalities of Borsele, Goes, Kapelle, Noord-Beveland, and Reimerswaal collaborate in the areas of ICT and information provision, Work Income and Care (WIZ), HR, and personnel and payroll administration. In 2015, they formed a partnership known as the 'Gemeenschappelijke Regeling Samenwerking De Bevelanden'. This contract pertains to GR de Bevelanden.
