Romania – Wastewater Treatment Services – Operation and Maintenance of the Rodna Valea Vinului Treatment Plant, Bistrita-Nasaud County

This contract involves the operation and maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant to ensure the treatment of heavy metal-laden mine water from the mining area associated with the plant. The goal is to produce an effluent that meets the current technological parameters of the treatment plant. The estimated monthly unit price for operation and maintenance services is 150,206 lei (excluding VAT) for bypass operation of the plant. The maximum estimated value of the framework agreement is 7,209,888 lei (excluding VAT), calculated based on 48 months of operation. The minimum estimated value of the framework agreement is 1,802,472 lei (excluding VAT), based on 12 months of operation. The maximum estimated value of the subsequent contract is also 1,802,472 lei (excluding VAT) for 12 months of operation. The minimum estimated value of the subsequent contract is 150,206 lei (excluding VAT) for one month of operation. Potential bidders can request clarifications regarding the documentation up to 15 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The deadline for providing consolidated responses to clarification requests will be 11 days before the offer submission deadline.
