Crane Maintenance and Repair Services in Hungary

The contracting authority intends to establish a framework agreement for crane maintenance and repair services. The contract will allow the buyer to place orders with the contractor for a period of 12 months from the contract's start date, or until the budget is exhausted, whichever comes first. If the budget is not fully utilized within the initial 12-month period, the contracting authority reserves the right to unilaterally extend the contract for an additional 12 months, but not beyond the budget limit. The contractor will be notified in writing at least 30 days before the original deadline if an extension is granted. The winning bidder will be responsible for the warranty and out-of-warranty maintenance, repair, and parts supply for various types of cranes owned and/or operated by Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt., including Palfinger and HMF cranes in Part I, Fassi cranes in Part II, and other brands such as HIAB, Kaposgép, Panoba, and KCR in Part III.
