Tree Cutting Services in Romania

This contract involves providing tree cutting services on national roads managed by D.R.D.P. Craiova, covering various sectors including SDN Craiova, SDN Dr. Tr. Severin, SDN Tg. Jiu, SDN Rm. Valcea, SDN Slatina, and SDN Orsova. The services aim to: - Remove trees that pose a danger to traffic safety; - Eliminate trees affected by diseases and pests in various stages of drying; - Remove broken or damaged trees due to wind, accidents, or extreme weather conditions (such as heavy snowfall or ice); - Clear trees with broken or partially broken branches, dried out, or showing visible signs of drying. Note: A) According to Article 160, paragraph 1 of Law 98/2016, interested economic operators have the right to request clarifications regarding the procurement documentation up to 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers. B) In accordance with the obligation set out in Article 160, paragraph 2 of Law 98/2016, and also in accordance with Article 161, paragraph 1 of the same law, the contracting authority will respond clearly and concretely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers. Any clarification request sent after the date mentioned in point A) will prevent the contracting authority from providing a response within the timeframe mentioned in point B), and therefore any clarification request outside the mentioned deadlines will be considered late. Both the clarification requests from economic operators regarding the procurement documentation and the contracting authority's responses to these requests or additional information, received under the conditions of Article 160, paragraph (1) of the Law, will be posted in SEAP in the specific section available in the information system.
