Traffic Light Maintenance Services in Romania

This contract involves the maintenance of traffic light systems in the cities of Bals and Filiasi, Romania. In Bals, there are 11 traffic light installations managed by 11 Traffic Control Automata (SCAE ORIONE), while Filiasi has 10 installations managed by 9 Traffic Control Automata. Most of these systems are equipped with modern technology, including traffic management automata with GSM and GPS modules, inductive loops, and/or virtual loops (video vehicle detectors) that allow for adaptive coordination based on real-time traffic data. Maintenance includes a 24-month warranty on replaced parts, with a maximum delivery and installation time of 60 days from the order date. Suppliers interested in participating in this public procurement process must request clarifications regarding the documentation at least 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the submission deadline. Any requests for clarification submitted after the specified date will be considered late. All clarification requests and responses will be posted in the SEAP system.
