This project involves the second phase of rehabilitation work for the Toulon Opera. The work includes treatment of the building's exterior and roof, redesigning the auditorium area including seating arrangements, public reception areas, stage area, and administrative block. The first phase of rehabilitation was subject to a separate consultation (asbestos removal, cleaning of the stage area and administrative section, restoration of the stone facade, and treatment of exterior wooden joinery). A previous consultation was launched that included two unsuccessful lots: Lot 5 - Hard Interior Floors and Lot 12 - Thin Floor Painting. This consultation only concerns these two lots. Other lots are currently being awarded. Reference to previous publication notices: Dematis Platform 29/05/2024. Published in BOAMP 24-61129 on 29/05/2024 and in JOUE 315560-2024 on 29/05/2024. Announcement published (PU) ID_Moniteur: 4091899 Reference: AO-2423-2348 Publication date: 01/06/2024. The nature of the work is the restoration of protected historical buildings, where it is important to harmonize the new parts with the old. The Opera is a type L public establishment (auditoriums, conference rooms, meeting rooms, performance spaces, or multipurpose). The contract is a global and fixed price. The contracting authority may decide to examine offers before applications. Applications are evaluated based on professional, technical, and financial capabilities. The sub-criteria for the evaluation, their weighting, and the scoring method are indicated in the consultation regulations. The opera is a historical monument where the execution conditions of the work are specific and require a site visit. A site visit is mandatory for all lots. Offers from candidates who have not conducted this visit will be declared irregular. The conditions for the visit are defined below: Persons in charge of visits with whom candidates must register: Maïa Vigon Pellegrino mvigon@metropoletpm.fr and Véronique Perez veperez@metropoletpm.fr. This request must be made at least 4 calendar days before the deadline for receiving offers. The execution period for the work is 32 months, excluding a 2-month preparation period. The execution period for each lot is included in this overall timeframe, according to the provisional execution schedule attached to the consultation file. The start date of the work is given as an indication. The rehabilitation operation of the opera is part of an environmental initiative aiming for the bronze level of the Mediterranean Sustainable Building (BDM) approach. Estimated amount for lots 5 and 12 combined: 1,301,000 euros excluding tax. A ten-year insurance certificate will be provided upon contract award.
