This opportunity involves providing home to school transport services specifically for post-16 students and college attendees. The procurement was conducted through a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) mini-competition managed by the council, which also covered transport services for mainstream education, special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), pupil referral units (PRU), short-term care, and adult and child social care. Awards have been made in accordance with DPS terms and conditions.
