Consultancy Services for Strategic Assessment and Business Case Development - Irish Language Sports and Community Centre, Lucan, Dublin

Na Gaeil Óga CLG, an Irish language sports and community organization based in Lucan, Dublin, is seeking consultancy services to prepare a Strategic Assessment and Preliminary Business Case for a proposed centrally-located Irish language sports and community centre. The club currently organizes over 1,000 annual events for members aged 3 years and older, including sports training, cultural activities, Irish language classes, and family programs, serving approximately 500 active members. Presently, the club rents multiple dispersed facilities including grass and all-weather pitches, halls, gyms, and meeting rooms across the Lucan area. A dedicated club-managed facility would streamline operations, reduce costs, and strengthen Irish language development in the community. The consultant will prepare documentation aligned with the Department of Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform Infrastructure Guidelines to support future capital funding applications to government departments. The work will be funded through a grant application to An Roinn Forbartha Tuaite agus Pobail agus Gaeltachta (Department of Rural and Community Development and Gaeltacht Affairs).
