Multi-Disciplinary Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Servicing and Capital Works Contracts

The Guinness Partnership Limited is seeking six regional contracts to deliver servicing, repairs, and installations of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across England. The contracts cover both domestic and communal properties and include specialized services such as air conditioning, ventilation, heating, renewables, door entry systems, CCTV, building management systems, plumbing, and drainage. Contracts are offered on a 15-year term (5+5+5 years) split into six lots: three mechanical and electrical lots (North West/Greater Manchester/Yorkshire/Humberside, Home Counties/London/South East, and South West) and three plumbing lots covering the same regions. Suppliers may bid for multiple lots, with a maximum of two mechanical and electrical contracts and all three plumbing contracts. This is an opportunity for multi-disciplinary contractors to establish long-term partnerships with a major housing provider across multiple regions of England.
