Electoral Printing and Postage Services Contract

This is an invitation to tender for printing and postal services supporting electoral operations across Chorley and South Ribble councils. The successful supplier will deliver print materials for electoral registration activities (including annual canvass campaigns and ongoing year-round services) and all scheduled and unscheduled elections throughout both local authority areas. The contract runs for an initial 2-year period beginning January 1st 2027, with an optional 12-month extension available, ending no later than December 31st 2029. Suppliers should be prepared to handle variable volumes of print products and meet tight turnaround times during election periods.
