    Brief

This procurement opportunity involves the supply of personal care and hygiene products for institutionalized beneficiaries in social assistance centers managed by the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection in Botoșani, Romania. The contract covers the cleaning of accommodation spaces and the provision of necessary equipment and supplies from May 1, 2025, to April 30, 2027. Suppliers are invited to deliver products according to the specifications outlined in the tender documents. The public tender aims to establish a framework agreement for the specified period, with four subsequent contracts to be awarded based on available financial resources. The framework agreement will be signed with a maximum of three qualified suppliers, ranked by their offered prices. If fewer than three suppliers qualify, the agreement will be signed with all qualified suppliers. The award criterion for the framework agreement and subsequent contracts is the lowest price per lot. Each subsequent contract will be awarded through a competitive process in the SEAP platform, inviting the top three ranked suppliers to submit new financial offers. The competition will focus on price, and suppliers must submit offers for all products within each lot. The award will be made for each lot individually, based on the maximum quantity specified in the framework agreement.
