    This public procurement contract involves the delivery of supplies, transformation kits, and reagents (monoclonal antibodies) divided into specific lots as follows: Lot 1: Delivery of a transformation kit and supplies for Agrobacterium transformation for scientific group 3.1.8 – 3 items, total of 4 units; Lot 2: Delivery of carbohydrate metabolism analysis kits for scientific group 3.1.8 – 6 items, 1 unit each; Lot 3: Delivery of reagents for scientific group 3.1.3 – 25 items, to carry out activities under administrative contract No. BG-RRP-2.004-0008 for the project "Sofia University – Marker for Innovations and Technology Transfer (SUMMIT)" under pillar 2 "Creating a network of research universities" within the component "Innovative Bulgaria" of the National Plan for Recovery and Resilience (NPRR) aimed at accelerating economic recovery and transformation through science and innovation. The items offered by participants must meet or exceed the minimum requirements specified in the technical specifications. No offers are accepted for Lots 4, 5, and 6 in this procedure, as these lots will be awarded through direct assignment according to Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act.
