Procurement of Messaging Operator Services

Monetra Group is seeking to procure messaging operator services for its own use and as part of the overall service production for its clients. The attached documents in the request for proposals detail the specific needs related to the implementation of the messaging service and the necessary support services for the Monetra Group. Regional companies within the Monetra Group have various information systems and operational models. These regional companies will be responsible for the delivery projects of their clients' messaging solutions. During the contract period, several clients are likely to change their financial systems, which may increase client-specific implementations. The procurement documents provide a more detailed description of the procurement. The attachments are presented in a separate document, Monetra TP E12_2024 SVOP Attachments. The naming and numbering of the attachments follow the framework agreement and delivery agreement's attachment structure, as the documents returned with the proposal will be part of these agreements. For clarity, the file names or formats of the completed attachments in the request for proposals must not be changed when submitting the proposal. In Excel format attachments, it is not allowed to add, remove, or modify rows, columns, tabs, formulas, or any technical elements of the table.
