    Brief

    This contract involves the development of comprehensive multi-discipline project documentation and the execution of construction work for a parking lot intended for both trucks and passenger vehicles, as part of the project titled 'Construction of a Secure and Protected Parking Lot at Gdańsk Port.' The work must be carried out in accordance with the detailed description of the contract and the proposed terms of the agreement. The buyer reserves the right to exercise an option as specified in the Description of the Contract (Annex 1 to the SWZ) and in the proposed terms of the agreement (Annex 8 to the SWZ). If EU funding is not obtained, the buyer reserves the right not to proceed with the option in its entirety, and the contractor will not make any claims against the buyer in this regard. The investment is being carried out under a design and build model. A detailed description of the contract is available in the Description of the Contract, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ, including the Functional-Utility Program and the accompanying documentation.
