Construction of a Safe and Secure Parking Lot at Gdańsk Port

This contract involves the development of comprehensive multi-discipline project documentation and the execution of construction works for a parking lot for trucks and cars, as part of the project titled 'Construction of a Safe and Secure Parking Lot at Gdańsk Port.' The work must be carried out in accordance with the detailed description of the contract subject and the proposed contract provisions. The buyer anticipates the possibility of exercising an option right as specified in the Description of the Contract Subject (Annex 1 to the SWZ) and in the proposed contract provisions (Annex 8 to the SWZ). If EU funding is not obtained, the buyer reserves the right not to execute the order in full under the option right. In this case, the contractor will not make any claims against the buyer. The investment is being carried out in a design and build format. A detailed description of the contract subject can be found in the Description of the Contract Subject, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ, consisting of the Functional-Utility Program and the accompanying documentation.
