Event Organization Services in Bulgaria

This contract involves providing services for organizing and conducting informational events across six planning regions in Bulgaria. The events are part of the investment project C10.I6, which aims to support the pilot phase of implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) in investment design and construction, as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. The work will be carried out in two phases: Phase I will include organizing an informational event in each of the six planning regions to inform stakeholders about the start of the investment activities. Phase II will involve organizing another set of informational events in the same regions to present the results of the investment activities. The six planning regions are: Southwestern, Southern Central, Southeastern, Northeastern, Northern Central, and Northwestern. The total value of the contract is €127,000, and the deadline for submissions is July 15, 2025.
