Bulgaria – Monitoring and Control Services

This contract involves monitoring and controlling the implementation of projects under Bulgaria's National Recovery and Resilience Plan. The focus is on ensuring effective and high-quality execution of investments and reforms related to sustainable energy renovation of non-residential buildings. This includes public buildings and facilities in the production, trade, and service sectors, as well as buildings in the tourism sector, divided into four specific lots. The public procurement aims to secure sufficient qualified external experts to optimize the monitoring activities of the reporting structure, ensuring thorough checks of project execution, reporting results, and following up on these results. The successful execution of this contract will support the tasks of the General Directorate for Public Procurement related to monitoring the implementation of investments and reforms.
