Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Installation in Germany

The city of Kitzingen is seeking suppliers for the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The project includes the following key components: - 1 air/water heat pump (8.25 - 67 kW) for outdoor installation, connected in a three-pipe system. - 1 buffer storage tank for heating/cooling (1,050 liters). - 1 stratified storage tank for hot water/ventilation (1,300 liters). - 1 photovoltaic heating device (12 kW) for integrating photovoltaic energy into the stratified storage tank, with switching valves for heating/cooling. - Safety devices, pressure maintenance with degassing. - Heating distributor for 2 heating circuits. - 2 complete heating circuits (DN 40). - 1 drinking water loading station attached to the stratified storage tank. - 1 ventilation heating circuit attached to the stratified storage tank. - Approximately 20 fittings. - About 1,200 m² of underfloor heating with thermal plates. - 5 heating circuit distributors. - Approximately 250 meters of stainless steel pipe (pressed DN 15 – DN 65). - Approximately 70 meters of double insulation piping (50/75 mm). - Approximately 70 meters of single insulation piping (75 mm). - Fire protection seals, core drilling, ancillary work, and a maintenance contract are also included in the scope of work.
