Supply of Printing Inks for Printing Devices

This contract involves the supply of printing inks for various printing devices. The inks must be compatible with the devices recommended by the manufacturers. A detailed list of the required inks and their quantities is provided in Annex 1 of the pricing form. Suppliers are allowed to submit bids for equivalent products that meet the same specifications. The contract is divided into parts, and suppliers can bid on one or more parts, with a maximum of five parts. A detailed description of the contract's subject is available in Annex 6 of the SWZ (Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order) and in the draft contract provisions. The buyer has specified the required product features, ensuring they meet the needs of all users. There are no specific accessibility requirements for individuals with disabilities. The contract does not require any employment conditions under the Labor Code. Equivalent offers are accepted, and suppliers may use subcontractors for parts of the contract, provided they indicate which parts will be subcontracted. The buyer does not require a bid bond and may use a reverse procedure for evaluating offers. The buyer reserves the right to cancel the procurement if public funds are not allocated. Suppliers will be bound by their offers for 90 days. The contract duration is 12 months from the signing date, with deliveries made based on individual orders to the specified location in Wrocław.
