Procurement Consultancy Services for the Norwegian Parliament

The Norwegian Parliament, through its Division for Procurements and Administrative Systems, is seeking a contractor to provide procurement consultancy services. This contract aims to ensure that procurement processes are conducted efficiently, legally, and on time. The primary focus is to access high-quality procurement expertise, particularly for operational support during short-term staffing shortages or absences. Additionally, the contractor may provide consultancy on strategic procurement planning, procurement analysis, category management, and the development of templates and other resources to enhance the procurement function within the Parliament. Note that legal assistance and strategic consultancy services are covered under separate contracts and are not included in this agreement.
