Construction Works for Railway Line Modernization

This contract involves the execution of construction works and the preparation of detailed design documentation for the modernization and construction of railway lines in Poland. The main focus is on upgrading and building a double-track railway line (Line 38) between Białystok and Ełk, including the reconstruction of existing single-track lines (Lines 515 and 516). Key tasks include: 1. **Basic Scope**: Modernization and construction of Line 38 as a double-track from km 3+591 to km 25+204 (Białystok – Knyszyn) and from km 61+061 to km 98+800 (Osowiec–Ełk), along with necessary infrastructure and road layouts. 2. **Options**: There are several options for additional work, including: - Option 1: Further modernization of Line 38 from km 25+204 to km 61+061 (Knyszyn–Osowiec). - Option 2: Preparation of construction documentation and obtaining necessary approvals for a railway bridge in Grajewo. - Option 3: Preparation of documentation for an underpass in Białystok. - Option 4: Construction of a two-level intersection with pedestrian and bicycle paths in Białystok. - Option 5: Construction of an underpass at Osowiec station. 3. **Documentation**: The contractor must provide all necessary project documentation, including construction plans, as well as conduct all required construction works, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and environmental conditions. 4. **Environmental Protection**: The project includes building structures for environmental protection and fulfilling conditions outlined in the environmental decision. 5. **Compliance Assessment**: The contractor will also be responsible for assessing compliance of structural subsystems at all stages of the project and providing necessary verification declarations and certificates.
