Wastewater Treatment and Disposal Services in Cluj-Napoca

This contract aims to hire services for the treatment and purification of leachate from the non-compliant waste deposit at Pata Rât, Cluj-Napoca. The services include the collection, transport, and disposal of the concentrate resulting from the reverse osmosis purification process of the leachate. Key details include: - Renting a leachate treatment station to be installed at the closed waste deposit site at Pata Rât, as specified in the terms of reference. - Collection, transport, and disposal of the concentrate produced during the reverse osmosis process, following the specifications in the terms of reference. The chemical composition of the concentrate is detailed in the annex to the terms of reference but may also contain other substances from the leachate at the Pata Rât waste deposit. The collection, transport, and disposal of the concentrate will occur throughout the operation of the leachate treatment station. The service provider will determine the frequency of concentrate collection for disposal. Transport of the concentrate from the collection site to the final destination must strictly adhere to hygiene and safety regulations to protect personnel and the public, in accordance with Romanian regulations on the transport of hazardous and non-hazardous waste. Any economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information, signed with an extended electronic signature, only through the SEAP platform, within a maximum of 16 days before the deadline for submitting offers. If requests for clarifications or additional information are made within the specified timeframe, the contracting authority will publish responses on SEAP 10 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
