Construction Work for Railway Project C–E 20

This contract involves the design and execution of construction work for the project titled 'Work on Railway Line C–E 20 from Skierniewice to Czachówek Wschodni'. The scope of the contract includes the following key elements: 1) Preparation of project documentation, including: a) development of the execution project, b) preparation of an alternative construction project and obtaining necessary building permits and other administrative decisions, if required, c) preparation of as-built documentation, including geodetic as-built documentation. 2) Execution of works in the following areas: a) track and subgrade, b) railway traffic control devices, c) telecommunications devices and systems, d) traction network with power supply, e) electrical engineering devices and systems up to 1 kV, f) engineering structures, g) platforms and building structures, h) crossings and passages, i) geology. 3) Construction of facilities for environmental protection. 4) Conducting a compliance assessment of structural subsystems covered by the contract at each stage (design, construction, and final subsystem testing) and providing the relevant EU verification declarations and certificates for the subsystems. The contract includes Option 1 - execution of the section from km 27.950 to km 49.497, Option 2 - execution of the section from km 49.497 to km 63.150, and an Interface Option.
