Film Equipment Supply Contract

This contract is for the supply of film equipment, specifically one film camera and one film lens, each with a minimum warranty of 24 months. Detailed specifications can be found in Annex 2 of the Terms of Reference. The contracting authority allows for equivalent offers. If specific models are mentioned in the detailed description, they are considered as a reference for the minimum technical and functional requirements. The mentioned names and models are intended to set the expected quality and functionality standards. The contracting authority permits offers for equivalent equipment, provided that the offered equipment meets the requirements specified in the detailed description at a level not lower than indicated. The contractor is required to provide a detailed description of the proposed equivalent equipment in their offer and demonstrate its compliance with the technical and functional requirements set by the contracting authority.
