Supply of Trailers for the Provincial Roads Authority

This contract involves the delivery of trailers to the Provincial Roads Authority in Lublin. The project consists of six tasks, each requiring the supply of one trailer with a minimum load capacity of 8 tons for different regional road districts in Chełm, Hrubieszów, Lublin, Puławy, Parczew, and Zamość. Suppliers are allowed to submit partial bids. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procedure as per Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law. Personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR regulations, and the data controller is the director of the Provincial Roads Authority in Lublin. The deadline for binding offers is August 31, 2025, and the delivery must be completed within 60 days from the contract signing.
