Cleaning and Polishing Products Supply for University Hospital

This public procurement contract involves the supply of cleaning agents and hygiene materials necessary for the operations of the University Multi-Profile Hospital for Active Treatment - Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich AD. The estimated value of this contract is 229,392 Bulgarian Lev (excluding VAT), with a contract duration of 24 months from the signing date with the selected contractor. The contract is divided into three lots: Lot 1 for cleaning agents (estimated value 48,520 Lev), Lot 2 for polyethylene waste bags (estimated value 41,760 Lev), and Lot 3 for hygiene materials (estimated value 139,112 Lev). Lots 1 and 2 are reserved for specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities, as they include the supply of goods listed in the General Terminology Dictionary. Participants must meet specific criteria and can use subcontractors who are also specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities. Other interested parties may participate, but their offers will only be considered if no valid offers are received from the reserved categories. The contract includes environmental requirements for liquid hand soap, which must comply with EU eco-labeling standards. Participants must provide a list of hand soaps to be supplied and documentation proving compliance with the requirements. The quantities mentioned in the technical specifications are estimates and may change based on the buyer's needs. The buyer reserves the right to request up to 20% more than the estimated quantities within the maximum contract value. Offered prices are fixed and cannot be changed during the contract period, including any increase in quantities. A performance guarantee of 2% of the contract value (excluding VAT) is required.
