Construction Project for Vartiokylä Primary School and Daycare

The contract involves the construction of a new building to replace the Vartiokylä Primary School and Daycare. This project will be managed under a target price contract, where the selected contractor will act as the main contractor according to the YSE 1998 terms and relevant legislation. The planned construction area is 11,556.10 square meters, which includes the development of outdoor areas. The contractor's tasks are expected to start once the project management contract is signed, ideally in October-November 2025. All work must be completed and accepted, along with the necessary inspections by authorities, within twenty-four (24) months from the start of construction.
