Plumbing and Hot Water System Maintenance Services for Constructys

This public contract is for the maintenance of plumbing and hot water systems across all metropolitan locations of Constructys. The procurement process follows a simplified procedure in accordance with the public procurement code. This is a single-award framework agreement, executed partly through the issuance of purchase orders and partly through subsequent contracts. Services covered by purchase orders include: - Preventive maintenance for already identified locations - Corrective maintenance for all locations. Services covered by subsequent contracts include: - Preventive maintenance for locations that may be added to the framework agreement during its execution. There is no minimum amount for this contract, with a maximum value of €100,000 excluding tax for its total duration (including renewals). The contract will commence upon notification and will last for twelve months. After this initial period, the contract can be automatically renewed three times for additional twelve-month periods.
