Fire Safety System Maintenance and Equipment Supply

This public contract is for the maintenance of fire safety systems and extinguishers, as well as the supply of associated equipment for all metropolitan sites of Constructys. The procurement process is conducted as an adapted procedure in accordance with the provisions of the public procurement code. This is a single-award framework agreement, executed partly through the issuance of purchase orders and partly through the conclusion of subsequent contracts. Services based on purchase orders include: - preventive maintenance of already identified premises, - repair and replacement of spare parts exceeding the unit price threshold defined in the specifications, including associated labor and travel costs, - additional services. Services based on subsequent contracts include: - preventive maintenance of premises that may be integrated into the framework agreement during its execution (new premises or those identified in the annex but not yet inventoried). The contract has no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 100,000 euros excluding tax for its total duration (including renewals). The contract is effective from the notification date for an initial duration of 12 months, with the possibility of three automatic renewals for an additional 12 months each. The anticipated notification date for the framework agreement is June 17, 2025.
