Insurance Services for Health, Outpatient, and Dental Care

This contract involves providing collective health insurance (lot 1) for active agents of the Province of Namur and other contracting authorities. It also includes outpatient care insurance (lot 2) and dental care insurance (lot 3). The contract is available through the provincial purchasing center for other contracting authorities (referred to as 'beneficiary contracting authorities' or 'BCA'). The terms of the contract documents apply mutatis mutandis to the beneficiary contracting authorities. Specifically for the Province of Namur, health insurance also covers staff from the Namur Castle Administration, agents, educational staff or those subsidized by the French Community, retirees, children, and spouses or equivalents of the aforementioned individuals. For more details, please refer to the technical clauses. Beneficiary contracting authorities have the option to extend coverage to non-mandatory affiliated staff according to the technical clauses.
