Construction of a Multimodal Transfer Center in Legnica

The project involves the construction of a multimodal transfer center near the PKP railway station in Legnica, Poland. The selected contractor will be responsible for the design and construction of the center, which includes the following key tasks: 1. Preparing comprehensive project documentation and obtaining all necessary approvals, permits, and decisions required for road investment and construction. 2. Building the transfer center, which will involve: redesigning the road layout and intersections in the area, renovating existing pavilions for the center's needs, constructing stops, platforms, shelters, bike paths, pedestrian-bicycle paths, park & ride and kiss & ride parking areas, electric vehicle charging stations, energy-efficient lighting, drainage systems, necessary technical infrastructure, electric bus charging stations, and landscaping. The project will be executed in two phases: Phase I involves completing the project documentation and obtaining necessary approvals by June 30, 2026, with a possibility of shortening the deadline. Phase II involves completing all construction work based on the approved decisions and handing over the facility to the contracting authority by October 30, 2027, also with a possibility of shortening the deadline.
