    Brief

    This procurement opportunity involves a framework arrangement for building automation services in the Päijät-Häme welfare area. The systems in use include EcoStruxure Building, Fidelix, and Siemens, with some locations also utilizing Honeywell and Caverion. The framework consists of four key areas: 1. Maintenance work for building automation systems (EcoStruxure Building, Fidelix, or Siemens). 2. Programming work for building automation systems (EcoStruxure Building, Fidelix, or Siemens). 3. Connection and modification work for building automation system substations, along with related support tasks. 4. Comprehensive renovation of the building automation system (requires the provision of services in areas 1-3). A maximum of five suppliers will be selected for each area, ensuring at least one supplier for each system (EcoStruxure Building, Fidelix, or Siemens). The contracting authority may choose fewer suppliers if fewer than five acceptable bids are received for an area. The authority reserves the right to combine different areas of the framework into a single contract document if a supplier is selected for multiple areas. Contracts will be established with suppliers for a period of four years, with the possibility of termination no earlier than 24 months from the start date. The anticipated start date for the contract period is August-September 2025.
