Procurement of Maintenance System for Emergency Services

The City of Helsinki's Fire Department plans to procure a maintenance system for its fleet in 2025. This system will support the daily professional operations and reliability of the Fire Department. It will replace the current management system, named Arttu, which has been in use since 1995. The procurement includes the transfer of data and quality improvement from the existing Arttu system to the new system provided by the supplier.
